On October 17, 2018, Shanghai Port Management Committee said that Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has successfully acquired 864885 square meters (1297.32 mu in total) of industrial land in plot q01-05 of Shanghai Port Equipment Industrial Zone, and signed a land transfer contract with Shanghai Municipal Bureau of planning, land and resources. Tesla Shanghai factory has been substantially landed in the port area. On January 7, 2019, at the intersection of Lianggang West Avenue and Zhengjia road in the southeast corner of Shanghai, Tesla Plant Phase I was announced to start construction. According to the plan, the annual production capacity of phase I of the plant is 250000 pure electric vehicles, including model 3 and other series models. In March 2019, Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, a local construction enterprise in Shanghai, was finalized for the construction of Tesla Plant Phase I project. All plants in phase I, including the general assembly workshop, will be completed in 2019. Tesla factory is a foreign-funded manufacturing project in Shanghai and Tesla's factory outside the United States. The construction began in January 2019.
The project is the phase II project of Tesla Shanghai Port plant. State Grid Shanghai electric power also attaches great importance to the project and fully promotes the construction of phase II supporting project of Tesla port plant. At the same time, State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company will further do a good job in the power leading work of Zhangjiang Science City, Lingang New Area of free trade zone and Yangtze River Delta integration demonstration zone, so as to provide a more solid energy guarantee and business environment for Shanghai's development. The power distribution project of the project has three power distribution rooms, including energy center C2, combined plant 4 and substation incoming line isolation cabinet, with a total of 60 10kv High-voltage cabinets.

2.1 product demand
For the phase II project of Tesla Shanghai Port plant, it is necessary to configure intelligent control device to monitor the status of all high-voltage cabinets in the power distribution project in the plant. The requirements of the project are as follows:
1) Primary dynamic simulation diagram, live display and locking;
2) Temperature and humidity digital control, nixie tube display;
3) Opening and closing, energy storage, remote / local switch;
4) Voice prompt, human body induction;
5) Lighting operation in cabinet;
According to the above requirements, we choose the acre asd200 intelligent control device.

2.2 product plan
For the three distribution rooms of the project, including energy center C2, combined plant 4 and substation incoming line isolation cabinet, there are 60 10kv High-voltage cabinets. Taking some 10kv High-voltage Distribution cabinets as examples, the intelligent control products are shown in the figure below:
