When it comes to car modifications, the most criticized thing is probably the modification of car headlights. In daily driving at night, you must often encounter the phenomenon of using high beams randomly, especially xenon lamps (without lenses) installed separately. You can't see anything in front of your eyes, which seriously affects driving safety. The brightness of your original car's halogen lamp is really unflattering. Therefore, the original headlights must be replaced.
But reasonable modification is the right way. Xenon lamps are my only choice. They have long lifespan and high brightness, but they must be equipped with lenses. Xenon lamps modified by pretending lenses will not affect the annual inspection and will not cause harm to other drivers while driving. Dazzling situation.
When installing a lens, you must choose a regular modification shop, because some professional installation and debugging cannot be solved by ourselves, such as: original car headlight housing protection, lens position adjustment, lens and bulb matching, light height and width adjustment, etc. wait.
I chose "Tanluze Headlight", a relatively well-known domestic brand, and there happened to be a local dealer, so he was my best choice.
After entering the store, we were ready to start disassembling the original car headlight assembly and constructing it.
After removing the assembly, put on the protective film, heat it in the oven, and prepare to open the lamp housing to replace the original single-lens lens.
Professional headlight oven.
The configuration I chose is:
Imported Hella 5 bifocal lens, Osram D1S 5500K xenon bulb, Koito quick-start ballast, NHK streamer steering daytime running light.

I won’t describe the modification process in detail. It took a whole day to modify. This headlight unit is extremely strong. It took a lot of time to turn on the lights. Here is the finished picture. The boss gave me angel eyes and devil eyes, and the effect was very good.

The dinner has arrived, take a look at the modified light brightness.
Here comes the outdoor high and low light renderings. (Dark concrete pavement effect)
Finally, a bonus for car friends, the method of debugging car headlights is applicable to all kinds of headlights with lenses. This allows your headlights to cover the road evenly. Let me use my car data as a demonstration.
