Warranty repair
Let’s talk about the warranty repairs in the past three years. In fact, there was only one time. At 52,000 kilometers, the left rear shock absorber leaked oil. It was replaced free of charge after being inspected by the 4S store.
However, I would like to criticize the inspection during the 50,000-kilometer maintenance. Based on the degree of oil leakage, the maintenance technician judged that it was not caused by a collision, nor was it a sudden massive leak. There should have been signs of leakage during the 50,000-kilometer maintenance, but there was no detection. .
The repair is very simple. After inspection, it was confirmed that it was within the warranty scope. However, the store did not stock it. It took 3 days to order. I could continue driving. After the goods arrived, the store consultant called me and went to the store to replace it. It was replaced in about an hour. , I don’t know if it’s a psychological effect, but after replacing it, it feels like it’s back to the condition of a new car. The chassis is very tight and I feel very confident when driving!

It must have been about 20,000 kilometers when I turned left at a T-junction. I didn't observe properly and didn't see the car coming from the right. It hit the left rear fender of the car. Because the car was turning very slowly, it shouldn't have happened. It would exceed 20km/h. This was also the first time I had an accident. I was completely confused at the time.
, it took about ten minutes for me to recover. The elder brother I hit was really nice. He was responsible for setting up triangle signs, calling the police, and reporting insurance. There was nothing good to say about me turning and observing, and I should not bear full responsibility.
My eldest brother’s car has the left rear door, fender sheet metal and spray paint, plus the left rear wheel hub. The repair cost is about 8,000. I just replaced the front bumper, right wheel arch and right fender and repainted it. Remember It cost about 5,000, but luckily I had insurance!
Unexpected disaster
The car was parked in the parking space, and the accident came from the left. A sewage truck reversed, and the rear bumper beam was directly pierced into the tire of my car, and a piece of the wheel was removed. The parking lot surveillance camera happened to capture it. I didn't go out on the weekend. I didn't hear the call. I found out when I got to work on Monday that the driver of the sewage truck reported the case and left his phone number with the parking lot administrator. Because his car was not damaged at all, I just replaced the wheels and tires, which cost a total of 2,400 yuan.
I originally wanted to ask Lynk & Co's tow truck rescue to pull down the 4S store. I used the rescue button on the car to call. They said it would take about 3 hours to get to my location. So I asked the insurance consultant of the 4S store. Here is a little tip: Yes. Call the PICC auto insurance number and ask the insurance company to send a tow truck or maintenance personnel to change my spare tire. In the end, I had to wait a long time for the tow truck, so I asked the PICC maintenance man to change my spare tire. Because the tow truck was always on standby outside the 5th Ring Road or near the highway. The maintenance man was responsible for a fixed area and came very quickly. It is worth it. Youhui asked: Why don’t you change the spare tire yourself? Because the tools that come with the car are really laborious to change the spare tire, professional maintenance personnel have the tools to change the spare tire very quickly, and we have already paid for the rescue when we bought the insurance, so why not use it!

On an extremely congested rainy night, on the main road of the 4th Ring Road, there was a "bang" sound as soon as I started, and a Highlander trying to merge hit my left rear side.
, the tail light cover was shattered and the left fender was deformed. People say that Toyota cars are "soft" and the paint didn't even come off. Based on the experience last time, I called the police, reported insurance, took pictures, moved the car to the side of the road, put up triangle signs, and waited for the traffic police. , then the big brother who hit me said that his car insurance had expired and he wanted to have sex with me. I... (omitted ten words), I had already called the police and had no choice but to wait for the traffic police to come and deal with it.
In the end, he was deducted 6 points and fined for adding a car to his car. He had to pay the demerited points and fines before applying for insurance. I couldn't use his new insurance to repair the car, so he had to pay 5,000 out of his own pocket to repair the car for me. Therefore, everyone must not forget to inspect the car and get insurance, otherwise there will be unexpected results.

Just the day before Valentine's Day, it snowed heavily in Beijing. I went out to buy groceries and had to go to my house. When I was waiting at a red light, I was rear-ended by a car from behind. Fortunately, I was the first car and there were no other vehicles in front of me. Fortunately, it was a small intersection and there were no turning vehicles. Pedestrian, after looking at the photo, the car knocked me off the line. You can imagine how powerful it was.
The rear bumper is cracked and the top of the bumper is deformed, probably because of the heavy snow. 122 is always busy. I waited for about an hour and still didn't get through.
