The first photo taken after the truck came off. The headlights on this truck came off the assembly line on Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2008. They are very charming~
When you get closer, you can see that the rubber is cracked, the wiper blades are also very old, and the few slices of orange peel are quite eye-catching!
It's a bit interesting. If the bright strip can't be stuck, just tie it with wire!
The left taillight had been cracked and had been exposed to water for a long time, and the electroplated light ring had also aged and lost its color!
The paint on the car has cracked in many places, and the appearance is seriously aged. All the electroplated decorative parts of the car have aged and need to be completely refurbished!

The sunroof sunshade is also drooped down, which affects the view while driving!
After filling up the tank and starting the test drive, the car owners responded to the problems and tested them one by one. The condition of the instrument panel was also very bad, with severe bulging and peeling!

Get on the lift and start checking the chassis, and the traces of oil leakage are clear at a glance!
The oil pan is also damaged and needs to be replaced!
The brake sensor wire is hanging there all alone!
The rubber sleeves and ball joints of the entire car are basically at the end of their lifespan and must be replaced!
The main part of the interior is the renovation of the dashboard. The tabletop is directly replaced with imported suede material, and the texture quality has suddenly gone up several levels!
There are only a few original roof sunroof stickers left in China!
The engine room is full of vicissitudes of life!
After the water tank frame is removed, all components can be seen at a glance!
Lift off the engine and change the color of the cabin first!
After all inspections around the engine were completed, they were reassembled one by one. The three-way catalytic converter was also replaced with a brand new one. Now there is no need to worry about the exhaust gas inspection!
The cabin is basically assembled and the body is disassembled!
The car body components are aging and damaged quite a lot. The car body had a color-changing film on it before, and many things were demolished!

I wanted to replace the left and right gutters with brand new ones, but the price was too ridiculous, so I had to rely on hard-working hands to repair them!
The main driver's door horn cover is also damaged, which will be more troublesome to repair!
All the decorative strips on the car must be replaced, and the accessories for the mini are super expensive!
If one side of the door pedal is damaged, you can only replace a pair!
The surface of the headlights is also aging, let’s see if they can be refurbished!
The fixed structure inside the headlight was also damaged, and it was terrible inside and out. The light was already dim, but if the light continued to shine blindly, it would be over!
The left taillight was damaged and replaced with a new one. Although the right taillight was not broken, it looked like it was no longer usable!
In a blink of an eye, the body painting has been completed!

The priceless bright strips are brand new and really dazzling!
The bright strips on the front cover can still be used after rubbing, and the condition is basically 90% new!
The brand new A-pillar decorative panel was originally fixed with glue, and the gaps were the kind of grinning ones!
The tailgate is being threaded, and all the reversing camera functions that were difficult to use before have been restored!
The refurbished side beams were replaced with new original clips, and they fit instantly as soon as you put them on!
The wiper gutter cover was replaced with a new accessory, and the original rubber on the edges of the car was already rotten!
There are also cracks in the fender lights. If there are no individual lights to sell, you can only replace the whole set!
The door of the wheel arch has been locked, and the black of the wheel arch must be the same as the original one!
The wheels look better if they are painted silver!
Refurbished hubcaps and brand new hubcap logo!
Refurbished electroplated parts, I don’t dare to think about the cost if all these electroplated parts are replaced. A tail light is close to 1K, and I spent a lot of effort to repair the headlight, and I don’t even dare to ask the price!
The texture of electroplated parts is basically restored to brand new!
Work overtime at night to finish the finishing work!
It took two days to repair this glass window operator, and the success rate of closing the window was restored to 80%. Originally it could only reach 20%. Replace it? Forget it, save it and spend your money wisely!
The off-road version of the Mini is ready to go to the car wash, and after taking a shower, it’s the city version~
The three big cars behind him are the first-generation TT with limited blue interior, the second-generation Hummer and the RX8, all of which are waiting for restoration!
