Do not disassemble the machine without permission, so as to avoid product damage and accidents.2. Precautions before loading:

1) Communicate with 5 customers: ask the owner if the rearview mirror has been modified, such as modifying the rearview mirror indicator, adding the power folding function, etc.2) Start the engine, check and ensure that the pointer display of each instrument panel of the car is normal and there is no fault alarm, the door side switch in the car, the steering wheel key and the remote control key are sensitive and used normally, and inform the customer in time if any abnormality is found.3) Keep the engine on for a period of time and ensure that the battery is powered to ensure the operation of the electric rearview mirror.

4) Turn off the engine, check and ensure that the internal and external surfaces of the vehicle are intact, and the original rearview mirror is free of damage and deformation.5) Check and ensure that the type and quantity of the set of power folding rearview mirror accessories list are complete.6) The installer shall remove the metal objects and other hard objects carried by him.

3. Precautions during loading:1) The removed automobile components must be kept well, and the places where the original car may be scratched shall be protected by pasting masking paper or pearl cotton.2) When threading, prevent the potential risk of short circuit due to the scratch of the rearview mirror / original vehicle harness: when connecting the line, the connector must be well bonded and a certain movable space must be reserved; All parts shall be fixed firmly.

3) Before fixing the rearview mirror on the vehicle body, connect each harness to ensure that all functions of the product can operate normally before installation.4) Connection sequence: connect all components first, then connect the normal power, and finally plug in the ECU.4. Car cleaning and finishing:

1) The sundries left during installation shall be handled in time and shall not be left in the vehicle.2) Clean the interior and exterior of the car with a clean cloth.5. 1.1 remove the horn cover1.2 remove the door panel (3 screws surrounding buckles, etc.)Installation step 2: remove the rearview mirror and assemble the rearview mirror

2.1 remove the rubber covers of 3 screw holes2.2 remove 3 screws in the hole, pull out 2 wire buckles at the same time, and remove the rearview mirror2.3 pry the lens with a plastic wrench (pry carefully)

2.4 remove 1 screw and three snaps to remove the lens driver2.5 pull out the 3pin plug and exit the pin (pay attention to taking photos to remember the line sequence)2.6 remove 3 screws and 4 buckles, pull the cover up and remove it

2.7 press the two snaps to remove the housing2.8 insert the screw with indenter and nut into the rotating shaft, insert the bolt into the hole of the screw, and then rotate the nut to make the indenter press down the washer. When the spring gasket and u-buckle are disengaged, pull out the u-buckle, release the indenter, remove the spring and each gasket, and remember the sequence of gaskets.2.9 replace the electric fold and press the spring in the order shown in the figure above

2.10 pull out the pin of our electric folding 2pin plug (pay attention to taking photos to remember the line sequence), then bind our electric folding 2pin line to the original harness, and lead out the electric folding wire by pulling out the original harness.2.11 restore the parts in order (refer to the winding and threading of the original vehicle, pay special attention to clamp the electric folding wire harness into the two binding wires of the original wire harness, confirm that the lens buckle is clamped in place, the screw must be locked, the matching gap between the rotating part and the fixed part is uniform, and there is no scratch during rotation)Installation step 3: install the control module (refer to this section for the installation method of the right door)

****When the horizontal and vertical pins of Volkswagen main harness plug do not match, please connect the wire as follows:Left main harness: tear off the flannelette, cut off four wires (yellow, black, green and orange black) connecting the control box, and connect the wires corresponding to the original harness hole as defined in the above figure.Right main harness: tear off the flannelette, cut off 2 wires (yellow and black) connecting the control box, and connect the wires corresponding to the original harness hole as defined in the above figure.

4.0 function test after installation:Turn on the battery, and confirm that all doors, trunk and hood are closed. Press the lock key of the remote control, the rearview mirror shall fold automatically, unlock remotely, and the rearview mirror shall open automatically.In the vehicle test, turn the engine on, turn the rearview mirror switch to position 0, turn the knob down, the rearview mirror shall be folded, turn the knob up, and the rearview mirror shall be opened.

Switch remote folding function:General mode: Ignite the engine, turn the rearview mirror switch to position 0, turn it down for about 3 seconds, the control box will sound "wow", turn off the locking and folding function, turn it again for 3 seconds, the control box will sound "wow", and the locking and folding function will be turned on.Wireless mode: Ignite the engine, press unlock lock for 5 consecutive times to close the remote folding function, and operate the same operation again to open the folding function.

Rearview mirror folding function reset:General mode: Ignite the engine, turn the rearview mirror switch to 0 position, turn it upward for about 10 seconds, the control box will sound "Hua Hua Hua" 4 times, and the rearview mirror function will be reset.Wireless mode: Ignite the engine, press unlock lock for 10 times, and reset the rearview mirror function.
